Â鶹´«Ã½AV is a patron of the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Apprenticeship Alliance (BAMEAA), an organisation which aims to promote the diversity of apprenticeships through policy, advocacy and conversation. BAMEAA works with its members to develop policies that can be utilised to increase apprenticeship diversity and provides a platform to generate conversations to increase the uptake of apprenticeships from ethnic minority communities.

In order to open the conversation and highlight the importance of raising the profile of apprentices from BAME backgrounds, Â鶹´«Ã½AV would like to encourage its centres to display and share the posters available below.
